Ancient wheat improves IBS symptoms
We explored how consuming products made with ancient wheat affects individuals with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) through a carefully designed trial. In this double-blind, randomised study involving twenty participants, those who switched to an ancient wheat diet reported significant relief from symptoms like abdominal pain, bloating, and issues with stool consistency.

Notably, these improvements in IBS symptoms were not observed when participants consumed modern wheat products. Additionally, there was a noteworthy reduction in certain inflammatory markers associated with IBS after the ancient wheat intervention. In essence, ancient wheat could offer a promising dietary approach for improving the well-being of those with IBS.

After hearing that wheatgrass helps lower high FSH, I started taking it at the recommended dosage. My FSH decreased from 38 to 15, which is a notable improvement. Additionally, it has helped soften my bowel movements, which is a great bonus.
